SHIPPING POLICY

We usually require 4 to 6 days to complete the order and shipping days of 3-6. Once you ordered our team will inspect and then it will be shipped to your delivery address by India Post, DTDC courier service.

 

After the successful shipping of your order from our warehouse, you can track your order using the link that will be provided to you either by WhatsApp or mail.

 

Digital Products like Video will be processed based on the course start date mentioned earlier, you will receive access details on your registered email id. To access your Downloads, you must use the details sent to you in the email.

 

Domestic Shipping (within India)

For Orders within India, we will charge a Flat Shipping rate of Rs. 150 if your order is below Rs. 3500.

For Orders above Rs. 3500, we offer free shipping anywhere in India.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on request; you can drop us a mail at thebookartgift@gmail.com mentioning the products that you would like to order and we can discuss further regarding payment and shipping options.

 

Shipping charges are according to the weight of the package.

 

You may have to pay Customs charges according to his/her Country Rules.

You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, for details about custom charges information please check your country’s government website.

 

Standard Shipping Policy for Domestic orders

• ALL shipping time frames are based on normal business days (Monday – Saturday)

• A physical address is required for delivery of physical goods. Please note that Couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box.

• There may be slight delays during the holiday season.
